This section of the website contains a curriculum guide, Folk Music In The Classroom, for teachers to use in conjunction with Timmy's school programs. Also there is information about Timmy's teacher workshop: "Music: A Powerful Tool for Transforming the Classroom Atmosphere". This workshop was developed after Timmy's completion of the Kennedy Center's seminar "Artists As Educators".
There are also descriptions of two special programs: "Folk Music: A Pathway To Literacy" and "A Whole Century of Folk Music", along with related teacher guides for each program. The separate section on Timmy's Musical Instruments may also be of use to teachers in preparing students for his programs.
